Cross Country is a sports team that includes both boys and girls. Daily activities include goal setting, strength training, running workouts, and a little bit of fun!

Time Frame: The season runs from September through October. Practices are held after school Monday through Friday. Competitions can occur a couple of times a week Monday through Saturday.

Requirements: Meet academic minimums and obey the athletic code.

“Cross Country is a sport for everyone! You don’t have to be the fastest runner. In fact, you can join even if you have never ran at all. We will help you achieve whatever goals you set, from qualifying for State to being able to run three miles without stopping.”
